Summary
Noting that he returned to Tavistock House on Saturday night, and that he has forwarded Austin's note to Miss Coutts, knowing "that it will give her great satisfaction." Approving of Austin's resignation as Secretary to the General Board of Health to become a Superintending Inspector.
