Summary
Mentioning that Dickens has attempted to call on Austin for the past two days, and asking Austin to visit. Noting that if Austin will "lay down half as large a piece in Parliament as [Dickens has] laid down in a still lower place" then his fortune will be made, and "hoping to Heaven [Austin] may floor both houses," as Dickens has "no respect for them."
