Telling her that he thinks she should find lodgings that will also accommodate her servant; informing her that he contacted Tom Taylor to ask about a pension for her before he went away; saying that he will send her newspapers from other cities now that he knows she wants them; noting that he doesn't know who will come to his reading as he has "seen nobody but three dogs, a little girl, a sailor, and an old Lighthouse Keeper"; passing on Dr. [John] Elliotson's remedies for improving the nervous system.
