Relating a visit to Harpers, where Dickens discussed with Joseph Harper Collins' proposal of publishing his story [The Moonstone] in thier periodical, noting that Harper "praised highly what he had read ... and gave [Dickens] the impression that he was liberally disposed," and discussing particulars related to illustrating the story.
