Following Dickens' two-page letter, is an additional two-page letter written the following day from the Westminster Hotel, New York, and signed George Dolby, discussing the production of No Thoroughfare in the United States, asking him to "send out the acting parts of the play as soon as possible," and also noting that Dickens' four readings in New York City were sold out in six hours.
