Summary
Thanking Collins for his letter and friendship, noting that Dickens "prize[s] it in proportion to the true affection [he] has for [Collins]." Asking him to call the following day so that Dickens can tell Collins "all in lieu of writing" as "it is rather a long story -- over, [Dickens] hopes, now."
