Summary
Northumbria, here represented by a woman in the sky wearing a crown surmounted by buildings and a cathedral, holds scales in each hand to weigh political candidates. Candidates representing "Real Independence" and "PEOPLE" have the most weight, while candidates representing "Aristocracy & Whig Principles" and "Old Tory Aristocracy" appear to be weightless. Onlookers cheer for the winning candidates while others attempt to help down the candidates who are stuck in the air.
