Summary
Assuring him that no one else knows anything about the contents of the book; telling him he has shown some of the illustrations to "some special friends" but has "uniformly declined to explain them"; noting that he will draw up a formal agreement after hearing Furniss's views "on these matters" [it is unclear what these matters are from this fragment of the letter]; giving "Xmas, 1887" as the projected publication date for Sylvie and Bruno.
