Collection consists of 13 autograph letters signed from Benjamin Franklin to William Strahan, one autograph letter signed to Le Marquis de Coudorcet, one autograph letter signed to his son, one autograph copy of a letter to Strahan and one autograph signature of approval by Franklin at the bottom of a letter to him from LeRoy de Chaumont (MA 1227); also included are 9 autograph letters signed by William Franklin to William Strahan and one autograph copy of two letters from William Franklin to William Strahan; and one letter from William Strahan to Benjamin Franklin.
