Collection includes eight autograph letters signed to various recipients dated before and after Arnold's defection from the Continental Army to the British Army (MA 876.3-10); one autograph letter from Arnold's mother to him (MA 876.2); one autograph signed agreement between Benedict Arnold and Andrew Thomson (MA 876.1); and one autograph letter signed from Joseph Eggleston to Everard Meade concerning the specifics of Arnold's plot to surrender West Point to the British (MA 876.11).
