Manuscript note at the top of the page: "1538, Coverdale's N. Test: by Crom."
Manuscript note in an unknown hand on verso: "These tracings are by R.H. Barham & were given to me on the 25 June 1908 by his daughter." R.H. Barham is better known by the pseudonym Thomas Ingoldsby.
