Summary
Enclosing copies of letters written by Thomas Hutchinson, Andrew Oliver and Charles Paxton and informing him that the originals have been "Laid before the House of Representatives - The House have already resolved by a majority of 105(?) out of 106 members that the Design & tendency of them is to subvert the Constitution and introduce arbitrary Power into the provinces. They are now in the hands of a Committee to consider them further & report what is [illegible] proper to be done. I think there is now a full Discovery of a Combination of persons who have been the principal movers, in all the Disturbance & misery & bloodshed which has befallen this unhappy Country."
