Summary
Informing him that he has been to look at Sir John Chetwynd's House "& after valuing every part of the House & offices I cannot think it worth more than £2000. The ground rent at £20 p. annum is pretty High in that Street & in order to put the House in a Tenantable State I am convinced you must lay out from £150 to £200 upon it as many parts both of House & offices are unfinished, & not painted."
