A palace guard sees a black cat and tries to scare him off by throwing his rifle, hat and clothes at him, eventually a larger man comes by and throws the guard himself at the cat; second drawing: during a military parade, it starts raining and group of citizens seek shelter beneath the Little King's long cape.
