Summary
Saying that he sent Johnson "a few names by my friend Mr. [William] Bull, and among them the name of Revd. Walter Bagot with only the common Subscription for Royal paper;" adding "But having learned from him that the sum subscribed appears in your books opposite to the Subscriber's name, I must beg you to enter Mr. Bagot as a twenty pounds Subscriber;" promising "It will make no confusion in your account if you mark it as money not received from me, the unpaid remainder shall be forth-coming on demand;" sending his respects to Henry Fuseli in a postscript.
