It must have been a present of Marquis Anton Georg Clerici (1717-1768), her Master of the Ordnance, for whom this report of the Hungarian Diet of 1764/5 - incidentally the last of the Empress-Queen's reign, as henceforth she ruled Hungary by decree - was compiled by Deschan who acted as his proxy there.
