Summary
Writing that he has just returned from Paris, where he conducted very successful business with Durand-Ruel, who is back in operation; saying that he sold Durand-Ruel everything he had and that he is about to make some more; adding that Durand-Ruel also purchased a number of paintings by Pissarro and Degas; mentioning that he had a "marine" sent to Duret's house and asking when he will come back to Paris.
