Transcribed from the official Acta of the Council of Trent by its Secretary, Angelo Massarelli, in his own hand at the request of Antoine Filhol, archbishop of Aix-en-Provence, for presentation to Henri II, King of France; written in Bologna during the winter 1547-1548; as is indicated by certificate of authenticity and Massarelli's Diarium.
Collation: 2, 1⁸-2⁸, 3⁶, 4²; 24 lines.
Signed by Pope Marcellus II and Pope Julius III.
