Summary
Saying that by now Perry must have seen his letter in the Morning Chronicle in which Hanger offered his services to "His Majesty's Ministers"; writing that he has received an answer and he would like to print it in the Chronicle, but that he would like Perry to edit it first; asking Perry to call on him in the course of one of his morning walks and telling him that he can be found at "the Cocoa Tree St James's Street or at Ridgeways or Strolling about for I must see you."
