Summary
Relating news of mutual friends; saying "Bisset is here; but what he is doing I know not. I wish he had remained in your country! Do pray give Morgan now and then a letter for me. He will apologize for my negligence, if, indeed, my Register does not do it without any further explanation;" adding, "I am not a Bishop yet; but I think I have some small pretension to the mitre. Lay or clerical I shall always be your most faithful and most ob. serv't."
