Summary: 

Thanking him for his affection and telling him that he will never help anyone else who has more affection for him than she. Saying that, since le sieur de Beaulieu [Jean de Beaulieu] is returning [to see Richelieu], she thinks she would do him (Beaulieu) a disservice if she made this letter longer and she is therefore [ending it and] entrusting it to Beaulieu.
