Summary
Writing to provide an update on his health; stating that his is improved in spirits and that his cough, throat, and legs are better, but he is experiencing shortness of breath and has been out of sorts, owing, he suspects, to a cold he caught as a result of the unusual number of visitors he has had in and out of his house; asking him if it is time that he relocate to London or Manchester for his health, observing that he would prefer to dispense or delay the move, but if it is the only alternative to spending the winter abroad, he "must of course submit."
