Summary
Asking the recipient to excuse him for not thanking him sooner for what he sent him. His life is very hectic at the moment. He says that the recipient has probably seen that he has corrected his error at the very place where he made it and has thanked the recipient publicly, as well as the author of the brochure, which he is returning by registered mail.
