Letter evidently refers to a drawing to illustrate the month of March for Mrs. Hervey's Juvenile calendar and zodiac of flowers, which was issued by publisher Arthur Hall, of Arthur Hall, Virtue, & Co. in December of 1849 with a publication date of 1850. Doyle had previously mentioned the difficulties he encountered with the drawing for the month of March in a letter to the publisher Arthur Hall (see MA 14093).
