Summary
Informing him that he has requested that Macmillan send him his book of poems as soon at is out, hoping that he will look upon them kindly and make others do likewise, as "the impending publisher's bill is not a pleasant prospect.", and noting that he has not sent a copy to Tennyson "because it is rather a shy process to send a shoulder of mutton to the owner of a deer park."
