Putting him down for an order of 50 copies of Douglas's upcoming book, Experiments, and noting that the printing of the book will be suspended "for about a fortnight" as he rushes through the press a new pamphlet to be titled "D.H. Lawrence and Maurice Magnus : a plea for better manners", of which he states "I think it will go off pretty well once it gets known - hard hitting, and straight from the shoulder! - and I mention the fact, in case you would like me to put you down for a few copies."
