Summary
Extending an invitation to visit him at home in order to allow Hammerton to gather material for an article on Crockett, but stipulating that the visit not be conducted as a formal interview and that no pictures are to be taken of himself, as he does not wish to be photographed at present "for a reason which will appeal to you on your arrival"; stating that he is "a wild photographic enthusiast" and can give Hammerton "as many as you like of the interesting things."
