Noting that Ruskin has begun work on his Political economy, and suggesting that Froude approach him for an article ("Ruskin, I have got to understand, is at last beginning upon his Political Economy. I think, if you were to send him a word or two of incitatn [sic], you might actually get a Paper out of him for yr next No;--whh wd be a beautiful thing to begin the Summer with! The simplest few words will do,--if any will."); with Ruskin's address included at foot of page 2.
