Summary
Regarding the printing of his edition of Aristophanes' "The birds"; his plans for a preface and a leaf of subjoined observations and corrections to be included in the volume; asking them to give him an answer to his previous proposal that they publish four more translations of his "upon the same plan"; relating his plans to go to Cambridge and urging them to republish John Tweddell's Prolusiones Juveniles ("I know of no volume so much hunted after in the schools & universities"); asking if Sir Walter Scott is currently writing more poetry whether or not it is allowable to dedicate a work "to any great character" without first obtaining their permission.
