Introducing, at the request of Lord Mornington, his brother, "Colonel Wesley of the 33d Regt. of Infantry," who is about to take command of the regiment; writing "I have the highest esteem for his Lordship not only as a Colleague; but on account of his own personal worth, and shall therefore esteem myself particularly obliged by any attentions you may be able to shew his Brother."
