Summary
Informing him that, in reward for his merits and services, and upon the recommendation of the Emperor Leopold, she has been pleased to bestow upon him the Order of the Golden Fleece, in the name of the King, her son. She is sending emissaries to the Emperor with the Patent and her letters and the Emperor will receive the Count into the Order and deliver to him the Collar of the Order.
