The 1996 auction catalog description of this collection lists only 27 letters; however, 30 letters were received. The description also lists a corrected typescript of Larkin's article "Vernon Watkins: An Encounter and a Re-Encounter"; this item was not received; a photocopy, however, is available.
The group includes: autograph letters signed (14), typed letters signed (4), and autograph card signed (1), to Vernon Watkins; autograph letters signed (3), typed letters signed (6), and autograph card signed (1), to Gwen Watkins; a signed Christmas card; and a carbon copy typescript of Larkin's poem "Solar," dated [1964], published in High Windows (1974).
