Summary
Saying if he hasn't written lately it's because he's been running around looking for a place to live. He's finally found a spacious studio [an art studio] that overlooks Washington Square. He hopes that Rosenberg and Marguerite will come to see him and his wife. He says that his apartment is charming and evokes certain neighborhoods in Paris.
