Summary
Concerning proceedings related to the estate of her late father; expressing her frustration with the claims of Sir John Wodehouse and Lady Wodehouse; discussing the division of the trust monies and wishing the estate could be settled; expressing her dissatisfaction with the way she has been treated by Mr. Graham saying "I don't understand what Mr. Graham means about troublesome applications being made to him on my account, as for being out of temper, I certainly am, at being kept so scandalously out of the property my poor Father was so good as to leave me - Mr. Graham has written me the most ill-bred letter a man could pen to a woman...They show he is equally deficient in either Character, as doing justice as a Lawyer, as acting a gentleman;" concluding that she would be very happy to hear from him.
