Formerly bound in an extra-illustrated edition of Through the Looking-glass (PML 77537), in which are also included 27 original proofs of the illustrations on China paper with Tenniel's pencil corrections; and a pencil sketch portrait of Tenniel from a portrait by Lance Calking exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1902. Removed and transferred to Literary and Historical Manuscripts in 2015.
