Summary
Informing him of her arrival "...at their Castle in the Lane on Tuesday Evening without any accident but the death of a Linnett at Petersfield...;" discussing the delay in the arrival of her luggage; relating that she finds her "...habitation very small and more like a cabin than a Castle. However it is tolerably clean and very pleasantly situated if the waggon should ever bring my Boxes and I can by any means get them into the cottage, I think I can make it look & feel a little more comfortable than it does at present. George, like most persons of his age is highly delighted at the change, and his poor little cousins are not less pleased at their new neighbours;" wishing him a safe journey to Margate.
