The letter is simply dated "Tuesday / 5 pm." In MA 22706.35 De Vere apologizes that he cannot see Knight as he has an engagement out of town with Lord Tennyson. That letter was written in July 1886. This letter is on the stationery of Tennyson's property at Aldworth.
