Summary
Apologizing that he is unable to answer his questions as his family is out of London and he will have no access to the books he would need to consult until the end of October; providing some details on the publication dates for certain of Wordsworth's works; referring to translations of Michaelangelo written in the fly leaves of volumes which he doesn't believe have been printed and adding "...but as the liberal minded family sold this book publicly they sold clearly the right to print whatever is in it, as much as if they sold his letters, and you are very welcome to my right. The MSS which I sent you were made on this principle - I copied or rather had copied only (as far as my dear little amanuensis knew or could ascertain) such headings as had not been adopted in the last Edition published on his [illegible] or just after his death;" suggesting a correction to his "Lake District, p. 194 - Derwent - should surely be Hartley Coleridge should it not?" thanking him for the Book of Prayers.
