Summary
Enclosing what is likely a copy of his address to the Wordsworth Society which was delivered on May 2nd; saying that he has sent a "more correct" copy to Macmillan's Magazine; asking that he not use what he is sending before the "June number of the magazine, but I suppose there is no chance of that;" saying that he would "like to see the extracts from Miss Wordsworth's journal;" adding, in a postscript, his thanks for his "kind expressions of satisfaction with what I said."
