Being the autograph manuscript of The Poetry of Architecture, including chapters 3-6 of Part I and chapters 1-5, and 7 (here called 14-15) of Part II. Also with a draft of a portion of the first volume of Modern Painters and the draft of a letter to the Times [6 January 1847] (9 p., written on the versos only, beginning on p. 38 of MA 2389.2) regarding the cleaning of pictures in the National Gallery. With corrections and revisions by the author throughout.
