Summary
Writing that he has had to send a Mr. [Fellas?] from his department to Bremen to purchase hammocks in order to accommodate the troops on board the different transports; adding that this person will only be able to travel as far as Vegesack in one boat and asking if his correspondent would lend him another boat for the rest of the journey.
