Informing the Reverend that his wishes regarding the circulation of Lord Winchilsea's address have been anticipated, and that a "Mr. Cutbush" has "this day printed & distributed between five & six hundred copies at his own expence"; adding that "500 of the two other Bills, & 500 more of the Address" will be printed and distributed throughout West Kent; asking if those numbers are sufficient; mentioning that a petition is being prepared and "there is no doubt will be numerously signed here without delay."
