Summary
He does not know what he has been, or is, about exactly. He seems to have been asleep when he sent Harrison his last annotations and is very nearly so now. Just awake enough to assure him that the correction in the page that he returned is correct and to thank him for his very delightful letter with the heart "in the bottle." His heart is at present in the Highlands. Doesn't like this "hedge and ditch country" after that at all.
