Summary
Concerning a petition on behalf of Richard Rose, "a Prisoner at New South Wales, who was convicted at Winchester in March 1813 of aiding the escape of Prisoners of War; informing him that he has considered it and will forward it to Lord Bathurst in order that he may forward it to the Governor of New South Wales with expectations of a good result if the report on his conduct while a prisoner is a good one.
