Summary
Concerning alterations to Warren Hastings's box at the trial; saying that he had informed Mr. Hastings of the alterations that had been done to which Mr. Hastings expressed his appreciation, "But said that the alteration did not come up to his wishes--He then drew a Plan of the Present accomodations [sic], & the alterations he was desirous of having made--I called at your House yesterday in order to have Submitted this Plan to you--I have since received a Letter from Mr. Hastings with one to you enclosed by which you will see how anxious he is to accomplish the Object of his Application;" asking to provide him with the "necessary directions."
