Collection of letters and documents concerning a night attack on Oswego, 1778 May 19-1825.

Collection includes an autograph letter signed from Marinus Willett to George Washington (MA 506.1), Willett's account of the expedition against Oswego (MA 506.2), a copy of a letter from Willett to General [Philip John] Schuyler (MA 506.3), three autograph letters signed from Washington to Willett (MA 506.4-6), two letters signed from Washington to Willett (MA 506.7 and 506.9), and a warrant signed from Washington to Willett (MA 506.8). All items are described in separate catalog records (MA 506.1-9).
