Returning "Mr. Yorke's opinion & the Copy of the Judgements of the Court of Session. Lord Rockingham has looked at the papers with much pleasure, as they seem to prove very plainly that the Merits on the Cromarty Election are in Mr. Pulteney's Favour, & L. Rockingham believes that several Friends of his, are of that opinion & will attend the hearing."
