Elliston and its value; listing among his personal effects plate, books, a gold chronometer, household furniture, china, glass, "theatrical trinkets" and "Mr. Ellistons Private Theatrical Wardrobe"; listing the properties in the Surrey Theatre, including "Scenery, dresses, Wardrobes, flats, wings, &c &c"; indicating which of his heirs should receive which items; adding "I should suppose the way in which I have divided it will meet your views with respect to simplicity for Legacy duty &c... & it can be arranged any other way you may wish"; drawing Winston's particular attention to "Mr Elliston's own Theatrical dresses."
