Acknowledging receipt of his letter; responding "I beg leave to recommend in reply to the representation which the Magistrates and Gentlemen have made to your Grace on the subject of sending a special Commission to Huntingdon for the delivery of the Gaols, that they should take the lighter Cases of Offences at the Sessions, and leave the more Serious Cases to be disposed of at the Spring Assizes."
