Relating, in detail, "the particulars of this black, traitorous, hellish business;" relating the earliest suspicions of Mr. Arnold in Congress and then with his assignment to Command at West Point; discussing details of Benedict Arnold's relationship with Mr. André; relating details of the plot to surrender West Point to the British and its exposure; adding that a "Report says there are many others, high in office in America, who are in british pay, and that the [illegible]l of the extensive Mischief will be discovered. That they all may meet with the punishment due to such low black Villainy, I am confident is your Wish & you may rest assured it is most ardently desired by, your sincere Friend."
